Michelle is a very caring and hands on realtor. She helped with clean up and yard maintenance in addition to handling the details of the sale. When some complications arose, she went the extra mile and settled the issues with complete confidence and professionalism. Michelle always had my back and I'm very grateful for her honesty and integrity!
Disclaimer, I knew Michelle before I hire her to be my agent in the sale of my house. Still, she did an excellent job and was always helpful and attentive to details. I felt bad that I put her to work but she didn't mind helping us and calling people or businesses in our behalf if needed.She is honest and a good person in general.
Michelle was aware of the duress I was under with the condition of the house. She not only gave me a comprehensive list of all the things that needed to be repaired or replaced, she went over there several times taking out garbage, pulling weeds, cleaning the yard and other odd jobs in the house. She also hosted several open houses in addition to showing the house many times.
