If I could give her 10 stars, I would! This was our first time looking to buy a home and we were extremely nervous, both for the process and whom we would end up working with. We met Michelle through the recommendation of our lender. I am so thankful that he recommended her. She went above and beyond for us. We were looking for up to a month until we finally found a place we really liked. Throughout the process of searching for places she was open to anything we were interested in seeing, which we appreciated immensely. We never felt that she was pressuring us in anyway; on the contrary, she was very patient and responded to our emails promptly. I recently sold my home in Washington state to move across country. I was under a great deal of stress and had a very short amount of time to get everything accomplished. I wanted a realtor who was compassionate about my situation, trustworthy and reliable. Previous experiences afforded me the knowledge of requests to make, options available and pitfalls to be aware of. I knew Michelle Harold attended my church but we didn't know each other very well. I appreciated her honesty and integrity. I admired her ambition so we agreed to work together. I submitted my request on how I'd like the sale to be handled and she patiently reviewed and discussed the legalities. She staged my home with some of her own items and I was extremely impressed with the results. The same weekend we listed the home we had an offer. After some minor negotions we entered into a contract. Michelle kept me informed of any updates, made any accomodations necessary to appease both parties in showing my home and was readily available if needed. She exceeded any expectations, eased any doubts or fears I had with any issues that arose and assured me all would go as well as I had hoped. We listed the home the very last weekend in July and with the exception of some minor details that were of no fault of hers I was packed and moving the first of October. I am very pleased with the professionalism and courtesy Michelle extended to any prospective client, including myself. No regrets here, this was a hands down win win realtor.
