Success through Referrals
My story is titled “Success through Referrals”. I was relocating from CA to MA and went about my home search backwards. I browsed properties on line attending open houses and drive-bys rather than with a licensed broker. My broker in CA advised that I do my due diligence and prequalify to know my price range. She referred me to an amazing loan officer who set me properly forward. I found the house of my dreams and needed a strong broker to help negotiate a better price. She recommended Michelle to represent me. Without even meeting me, Michelle negotiated successfully on my behalf for an affordable price. She recommended an amazing attorney to cement the deal and we closed within 30 days. I am moving in November 1 .
