Michelle was of great help in two occasions. First time was to purchase the home I currently live in. She is very knowledgeable of the different areas as well as detailing the best/worst of each property visited. She was also very helpful in negotiating the right price as well as helping through the process of the purchase. Second time and latest, was to sell a townhouse I was renting. She was very helpful in setting the right price, advertising the property and having answers ready. The process was quick, painless and swift. She was very helpful in presenting offers and providing input necessary to make the right decision. She also made sure the whole process went by without taking much time out of my daily duties, which was greatly welcomed. Simply put, she is the best!
