Michelle went above and beyond to sell our house. We had already moved out and left the state so when the cleaner did not meet expectations, she personally went into the house and cleaned all areas that the cleaner missed. She also ensured the house was staged and ultimately the house was pending two days after going on the market.

I had an excellent experience working with Michelle from start to finish. She was incredibly easy to talk to and always made sure I understood everything that was going on throughout the whole process. She was always quick to answer my questions and never made me feel like I was asking too much. No matter what came up she took the time to explain everything in depth and made sure I fully understood every step. She broke things down in a way that was easy to follow and never left me confused or stressed. Buying or selling can feel overwhelming but she made it so much easier by being patient honest and very knowledgeable. She always kept me updated and made sure I knew what to expect which gave me a lot of peace of mind. I really appreciated how much she cared about doing things the right way and making sure I felt comfortable with every decision. She never rushed me and always had my best interest in mind.

We did not have an easy time finding a house, but by the end of it, Michelle had us in our dream home! She was great through the entire process. Her knowledge about the housing market and industry was top notch. She communicated every piece of information effectively. She was very organized and gave us step by step instruction of the homebuying process. Any question I had, at any time of the day, Michelle was ready with an answer. She was very easy to work with during this experience. In addition to being knowledgeable and efficient at her job, she is just an overall sweet, good hearted person. I would recommend her for all real estate needs.

5 stars isn't enough. Michelle has went above and beyond for us time and time again. Her thoughtfulness, sense of urgency, and continuous communication made us feel at ease every step of the way. She did her due diligence to make sure things that we never even would have thought of were taken care of so that the sale went smoothly on all sides. Not only did she sell our home within 24 hours, she selflessly gave us her time beyond the sale to help us secure our dream home. She knew what this move meant to our family and she made it all happen seamlessly. She really made it feel easy. Michelle is an incredible realtor but even more than that, she is just a wonderful human being and we are so grateful for her.
