Michele was very knowledgeable and when she was unsure was very quick to find the answers we needed. As a first-time home buyer I felt lost and terrified, Michelle so calmly helped me through every step, answering every question (even when I asked 12 times the same question). Not once through the process did I feel that Michelle didn't have our best interests in mind. Even after papers were signed she has answered crazy questions I may have had, she isn't your realtor just until the job is done, for her the job isn't done and she has your back always.
