I've worked with many agents on buying/selling, and the majority of them "go through the motions" and are solely motivated by their commissions. Working with Michelle has shown me otherwise. Michelle is an agent who just gets things done. Several challenges arose during my sale, including a potential buyer backing out, but she was very professional and honest in navigating the whole process. When she felt a buyer was asking too much, instead trying to convince me to over compromise, (which many agents would do to complete the sale), she was very honest and practical and suggested to wait it out for another buyer, because that was in my best interest. She just understands how to sell and more importantly will always look out for the best interest of her client. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking sell or buy a home.
