Michelle helped us sell our parents' home in the Matthews area of Charlotte. We are out of town and the house needed new carpet and paint and we did not know any contractors in the area. Michelle was very responsive to our needs and she also had great recommendations for contractors. She even met with several contractors at the house! We painted and carpeted the house, listed and sold it in record time. In addition, Michelle helped us price the house to get the most for it in today's market. She told us what it should sell for and she was spot on. Highly recommend Michelle!
