Michelle was so amazing throughout the entire house-selling process from listing to closing. She stayed on top of everything and provided frequent updates and fast responses to all of my questions (although I had previously bought two houses, I hadn't yet been on the selling side, so there were many!). She was very knowledgeable and patient with her explanations and advice during negotiations, and had many local contacts for things like house cleaning and repairs. She definitely went above and beyond with coordinating everything, especially since I was selling the property remotely from Philadelphia.
