Michelle has all the attributes listed above, but she's much more than that. We've used her twice, first to buy our house in NJ during which time my husband was in ICU then again to sell. She was so empathetic to our situation that it felt that we were the only people that matter. She sold our house during covid to the one and only viewers! That speaks for itself!!
We had just put our house on the market when the world shut down due to the pandemic. Michelle did everything in her power, using her knowledge and resources to get us through this difficult situation. She gave us sound advice and was patient with our stress. In the end she sold our house before we were scheduled to move. We departed with still much to do and Michelle handled everything for us. We could not have managed without her expertise and genuine kindness. We highly recommend Michelle.
From the first time we met Michelle and Judy, my husband and I were drawn towards the their professionalism, knowledge of the real estate market, and honesty regarding the home buying process. We were further convinced of their commitment towards their clients when we came upon their informational videos/statistics on local schools, market trends, and local hotspots. Michelle and Judy were both responsive, flexible, and supportive through all the steps of this process, despite our busy work schedules. We would recommend them to all of our family and friends in a heart beat!
She is so professional, responsive, and calming and made sure that we were protected and safe. She prescreened showings for us and made sure that we were comfortable throughout the whole process. From start to finish Michelle went above and beyond to help us navigate every aspect of our home sale/purchase (she even walked our dog to accommodate a last minute showing request!). Her knowledge and skill-set made a potentially overwhelming process much more manageable, and I’m not sure what we would have done without her. Start to finish, October 10th we first contacted Michelle... November 25th we closed. There’s many factors that fell into place with the speed of our closing that was out of Michelle’s control, but everything she was in control of (or partially in control of) did attribute to the speed and success!
I cannot say enough about how wonderful Michelle is! Over two years ago she helped my husband and and I find a rental townhome in New Jersey under super tight time, location, and financial constraints. Now, two years later, she’s found us our forever home! During our house hunt process, Michelle was patient and kind, informative and responsive. We were in no rush to buy a house (thanks to her skills in finding us an incredible rental) so we spent hours looking at countless houses for well over a year. She stuck with us and made us feel heard and important. And when we finally found our dream home, the process was far from easy. Michelle, again, showed grace and professionalism throughout the whole deal, right up to taking me to check the water heater leak the night before closing! She always answered the phone, kept us updated, advocated for us, and made sure we had all the information we needed to make educated decisions. She is simply incredible and we owe it to her that were finally “home”.
