It took 1006 days from closing on our previous home to finding our forever home. With the market being very competitive it always seemed as if we just missed the “perfect” home. We would see listings update showing on the market and a second later it was sold (likely it never hit the market). It became apparent it was all about “who you know”! We “met” Michelle when I called to ask her about a foreclosure on a home that she had been the listing agent 10+ years ago. We had hoped she had saved pictures because we were unable to see the interior. Unfortunately she didn’t but had a great memory of what it was like. She then asked what we were looking for and we gave her our very specific criteria. She said she would inquire around and honestly I thought that would be the end of it. NOPE! :) Michelle reached out to homeowners in the neighborhoods we were looking in and heard through the grapevine that one that would suit us was coming. She contacted me just a month after our initial chat to tell us she found it! The realtor who had the listing had clients who were interested and wasn’t forthcoming with allowing us to see the home. Michelle was RELENTLESS with the listing agent! Because of her persistence we were able to see the home and present a solid offer which allowed the home to never hit the market. Michelle was very knowledgeable and quick to respond to our questions. She was awesome to work with! My only regret with our home buying experience was not finding and working with Michelle sooner.
