Michelle brings not only a wealth of knowledge on the market conditions in The Woodlands overall but also a specific focus on the village of Alden Bridge. She was recommended to me by friends that have resided in The Woodlands for over 20 years. From the initial walk through and identifying issues that need to be addressed to her continuing support and encouragement during the entire process she was outstanding. My house was built in 1999 and required updating; interior/exterior paint, light fixtures, ceiling fans, kitchen, master bath, carpet, etc. Michelle always took the time to come visit and review each phase of improvement, offering other options and possible alternatives along the way, which was very helpful and appreciated. When we were finally ready to show, she provided a staging company to go through every room in the house and fine tune everything. Then came the official listing of the property and a record 39 showings on the first day, including multiple offers. The winning, enhanced bid was reviewed accepted with Michelle the following morning at a cute breakfast cafe in Alden Bridge. That, however, was not the last meeting with Michelle; she assisted with document preparation, final negotiations with the new buyer and personally attended the closing with the title company in case there were any last minute details that needed to be addressed. She also referred us to a professional cleaning company after move out on very short notice over the Memorial Day weekend, which was amazing. In closing, Michelle Garza-Beason is an experienced professional who provided excellent, sound advice and service through the entire process. She was a pleasure to work with.
