"From start to finish, I couldn't have asked for a better home buying experience than that which I had with Michelle Garcia. Not only was my budget limited, but I was financing through the "dreaded" VA loan. I honestly had very little expectations that I would be able to find a home, especially in this market. Michelle understood my needs and quickly found a list of suitable homes for me. Rejection after rejection, she kept me motivated and didn't let me get discouraged, even though at times I wanted to throw in the towel. Just when I was ready to give up, Michelle notified me my offer had been accepted. While I was excited, I knew that the buying process had only just begun and was apprehensive that something would fall through. Michelle kept me focused and up to date on everything, answered all my questions and made sure that I closed in a little over a month, which I still can't believe happened as I write this from my new home.
