From the moment we met Michelle Ford has been super informative on every facet of the sale process. We were looking for a quick sale and informed her of that, she gave us what she felt was a realistic price ($50,000 over what the other realtor quoted as reasonable). We listed it, had a major water issue the day after (we live out of town) and she was on it, a total problem solver, can do woman. WOW is all I can say.
