SOLD! Not only is our house sold, but we were sold during our first interview with Michelle Fisher from RE/MAX properties. Hands down, I have never seen any Realtor work the way Michele does. Although she's a 5-star holder, she honestly deserves more. She went above and beyond our expectations and she knows exactly what she's doing. Our home was under contract within a month, fell out of contract (due to the lender process of the buyer), Michelle immediately put our house back on the market, had 2 showings the following day and went back under contract that same day. Michelle has exceptional communication skills and we were never out of the loop or asking what was going on. Although she had other clients, my husband and I felt we were the only ones she had; we felt like we were her number one priority. And not to mention her ability to negotiate like a shark, I also believe our home wouldn't have had the chance to sell (due to the competition in our area) if it weren't for her expertise in staging and recommendations for upgrades that made our home stand out.
