We moved from Florida to Ohio and we were lucky enough to have Michelle as our realtor. We had to buy our Ohio house while we were still in Florida which meant Michelle had to do extra for us by going over every nook and cranny on video chat. She even helped us when we had questions about our sale with another agent who was not as responsive or as interested in our sale as we were.. Michelle definitely fought for us to be treated fairly and honestly. She is dedicated to her work and clients and she KNOWS the field. Michelle made selling my dad’s house a simple easy task. Her expertise and suggestions to help the house sell quickly were inexpensive yet made it look much more appealing to the eye. Most of the paperwork was done online and she even met with contractors, city inspectors, the appraiser, all on her own and just kept me updated on how things were moving along. We got four offers in the first 24 hours on the market and all of them were over asking price. One thing that really stuck with me was that on one occasion she told me that I didn’t have to stop on my way home that she already brought the empty garbage cans to the backyard. How many realtors would even think to do something like that. I don’t even think of her as my realtor anymore but more as my friend.
Over the last 25 years I have bought and sold real estate in PA, NY and OH. In many cases I feel I am sometimes more experienced than the agent I hire. Not with Michelle, hiring her is like taking a master class in real estate. In this crazy market of no inspections and bidding wars Michelle gets the house you want through knowledge, experience and unrelenting persistence.
