My husband and I put Michelle through the wringer, both selling the house we had and buying our new house. She was awesome! Not only was she "Michelle on-the-spot" with whatever craziness we threw her way, she was just so easy going, patient and gracious, it made the process almost enjoyable. We would not dream of using another agent for any future real estate business.

This was our first time buying a house, and Michelle was literally with us the whole step of the way. She was incredible at the negotiation, even advising us to set realistic limits for ourselves. I never felt pressure to purchase outside of our range, and felt she truly understood what type of house we wanted, location we desired, and she delivered! She was at bat for us, and I was never afraid of what was going to happen next. She was great at finding compromising and truly thought outside the box so that we were happy and the buyer was happy as well, even though he had another realtor. I had my reservations on realtors, and didn't trust the decisions others had made purchasing a house with other realtors but Michelle exceeded all my expectations. I 100% recommend Michelle to others!

We came in cold from out of state and we probably should have bought a lottery ticket that same day as I think we were quite lucky to get hooked up with her. Michelle is quick to respond to either text or email. We never felt like we were anything less than number on on her task list. She knows the area intimately and her technical knowledge of the real estate business is excellent. I don’t recall asking a question that wasn’t answered in detail. We were in a dual agency situation and I never once thought that I should have done it differently. Plus she is a nice person! We couldn’t be happier with the entire process. D&G

Michelle took charge of everything I ask of her. Tasks were completed timely and she follow-up on each item. Michelle did what was needed to complete the transaction with great accuracy and there were no hitches at the close. This was refreshing and I will work with her on future real estate transactions.

She is amazingly flexible by helping us looking at houses in both Emmett and Boise with in the same day as our request to view listings. She also knew both areas very well. She helped us to design competitive offers and had knowledge to to help us make a strong offers outside of price point. Also, she works hard to make sure we were happy with everything along the way! She always encouraged us to not settle for anything except a house that works for us! Lastly, she has a very friendly demeanor and easy to get along with! We will recommend her to anyone.
