We recently sold our house with Michelle & we had an amazing experience. She suggested to stage & her photographer as well did an amazing job. At the time of sale I was going through a divorce and she made everything go smoothly, I felt as she was the mediator, she was always positive & kept everything professional & in order as it should be although if you are going through a divorce & selling it could get complicated but Michelle has a way of talking that it calms any crazy situation. With crazy work schedules she even had notary come to us, Michelle works around your schedule & goes out of her way to make any situation easier. The last time I purchased a house was 40 years ago, things have really changed although my realtor (Michelle) is very knowledgeable & if she doesn’t know the correct answer she will inquire w/appropriate department and give you correct answer. She is very thorough & honest and clarifies all areas of the house needed to be worked on or any work to be done to improve value of your house, for example we had out doors stairs, don’t ask me why they were different color, so she suggested to paint them the same color, once done everything looked uniform & buyers see those little things when they are buying. We sold & purchased a house w/Michelle. She goes out of her way to explain every detail & concerns, all the paperwork could be overwhelming although Michelle explains everything. In the final hour we hit an enormous bump that could’ve killed both deals although with Michelle’s experience & quick thinking she helped save it. Michelle is professional, knowledgeable & very positive person.
