Michelle is an amazing real estate agent, but “real estate agent” is too narrow a box in which to put her work. As Brooklynites making the push out of the City for all the usual reasons, but with very little knowledge of CT, Michelle helped us get our bearings, got to know us as a family and to understand our want and needs. She pushed us to look at places we wouldn’t have thought to look, and helped us look past the surface and see what a place might become. She provided VISION! She also really understands how to get a transaction done. Michelle connected us to all the relevant people we would need: legal services, inspectors, even a radon testing service. All of the firms she recommended were top notch and highly responsive. She guided us through the bidding process, holding our hands end-to-end. And, beyond the house itself, Michelle provided support in building a life — she provided restaurant suggestions, playground suggestions, hiking suggestions, she connected us with contractors who have all done phenomenal work. Probably the highest praise we can give comes from our eight year old daughter, who, on the off weekend we weren’t visiting a listing with Michelle would ask, “wait, what do you mean we’re not hanging out with Michelle this weekend???”

My wife and I can't say enough about Michelle. We met her many years ago when we first started looking for a home in Rowayton. She showed us more homes than we'd like to remember over the years (putting up with our indecision and changing tastes) culminating with the beautiful home we purchased at the end of 2020. Clearly, she is patient! More than that, however, she really listens. She understood what we wanted and watched the market carefully for homes she thought would interest us. What made this extra special was/is her deep involvement in, and knowledge of, the local market. She is truly "plugged-in"; knowing what is coming to market and when and what is good value. Michelle is a teacher and a trusted advisor. She is tenacious and hard working. We were very lucky to have met her all those years ago.
Michelle recently helped us with our first home purchase; we cannot say enough great things about our experience. She truly goes above and beyond for her clients and made us feel very confident and educated during an experience that was completely foreign to us. When we hit a few wrinkles trying to close, she spent huge swaths of time making sure that things got ironed out all while checking in to see how we were feeling. Through that process, Michelle spent the better part of a week overseeing all of the sub-contractors who were hired to do the work on our house prior to close when it hadn't been done by the sellers on time.
