Michelle Dickens

Writing this review in between unpacking boxes in our first home! We worked with Michelle Dickens during an undeniably strange time, buying a home during coronavirus. Michelle's expertise helped us find a home in a neighborhood we hadn't initially considered, but ended up being the perfect fit. Michelle is friendly, knowledgeable, fun, quick to respond, and straightforward- all qualities that made this process easier and more enjoyable. We wholeheartedly recommend her to any seller or buyer.

I worked with Michelle with the process of buying and selling our last homes (selling our home to get into our new home). Her customer service is through the roof and get attention to detail is amazing. I require a lot of hand holding but she answered all my questions quickly, professionally and some questions multiple times until I understood. She was respectful and made sure we were on time with everything needing to be done with both the buyers and sellers side and made it look easy. She was able to recommend professionals along the way as well as so many tips and tricks. Honestly, I could ramble on and on for days about how wonderful my experience was - highly recommend her to anyone!

Working with Michelle was a fantastic experience. We relocated to Austin from VA and Michelle was very helpful throughout the entire process. We found Michelle to be extremely knowledgeable about the Austin Market and very adept at helping us prioritize our needs for a home purchase here. She is detail oriented which is particularly helpful to a Texas newcomer. Michelle was always accessible and a true advocate for her clients. We would strongly recommend Michelle!
