A Lovely Time!

We are so thankful for all the help Michelle gave in finding our first house! It really was a pleasant experience because of her care, it felt like she was working night and day for us even though she had other clients and her own life! She was always patient with our stumbling around (new to Colorado) and gave great advice about different areas surrounding Denver. Looking back, it really enjoyable to go house looking with her because she was so kind to all FOUR of our small children and responsive to them, they came to love her dearly and were always excited to see her and that’s always such a comfort when the kids like being around someone! We did put in an early offer on a fixer house a couple months into the process, she fought on our behalf as much as she could and we felt really cared for even though that one fell through! It was such a meaningful learning experience and made finding the house we’re in right now a very smooth process. Even though we’re not hoping to sell this house anytime soon we will definitely be referring to Michelle again if we ever need, and in the meantime we’re keeping our ears open for any friends who are needing a kind and compassionate real estate agent!
