Michelle is the 4th agent we have listed with to sell our home and she has immediately implemented new and fresh ideas to market and to show our home to its best advantage. She is the first one to understand and comply with our requests in regards to showings. Michelle has done her homework to understand all the nuances of our home and it's setting and, for the first time, we feel certain any potential buyer will have all the information they need to fall in love with our home. She has demonstrated a keen understanding of our needs in regards to a sale and has verbalized a clear and direct path from a showing to a closing.
