Michelle was amazing. Sh staged my house so it looked perfect to list on the market. The pictures made my house look great on all the websites and she included some local photos to highlight my neighborhood. Michelle definitely took the stress out of the process.
Michelle was so patient with us as we looked for the right home. She was never too busy to show us different houses in many different parts of the state. She researched areas we were interested in and even talked to builders for us. When we finally found the perfect one, the process was seamless. The lender she set us up with was great and so helpful. The closing was actually an enjoyable experience. We felt heard, seen and appreciated!
This is my second time using Michelle. Her market knowledge, immediate and constant communication, and true “got my back” ensure that she will be my chosen realtor from now on. Michelle, you NEVER disappoint!
This was such an awesome and smooth experience! Would not choose anybody else to help aid me through this process! Much appreciated!
Just closed with Michelle and the experience was AWESOME from Start to Finish Just closed with Michelle and the experience was AWESOME from Start to Finish. I have been a Loan Officer for 20 years so I have seen the good, the bad, and the downright ugly when it comes to Agents. Michelle was always responsive, caring, and thorough with all the details that are involved in this type of transaction. I would HIGHLY Recommend her to anyone without hesitation. In fact, I already have. I have referred a Co-Worker. It's pretty rare anyone meets all the standards you set out for them when buying or selling a house and Michelle not only met but surpassed all of ours. GREAT JOB MICHELLE and THANKS!!!! Agent applied all her knowledge and her resources in a professional manner such that any stress or concerns on the part of the seller were minimized. She showed the home in its most positive presentation, and managed the offers professionally. Agent suggested services to address deficiencies adequately.
Michelle's solid market knowledge created such a stress free selling experience, as well as her strong negotiation skills. So grateful that we put our trust in Michelle!
My experience of buying my first house with Michelle as my realtor was phenomenal. She took a very overwhelming process in a tough market and turned it into a fun and exciting adventure. Michelle's professionalism is top notch and she manages to keep things professional while adding some fun into the mix. Her attention to detail and ability to act quickly is what made this process a lot easier on me and those are just a few of the traits that set her aside from the rest. It was apparent that Michelle operates her business with class and that her intentions are to act in her client's best interests. I noticed many times that Michelle takes pride in what she does. If you need someone to help you with buying or selling a house, stop looking and give Michelle a call, she will impress you with her knowledge of the market and make you feel like a family friend!
This was the 9th home purchase I have made and most trying. The Seller and their Agent ignored contractual dates and deadlines but Michelle was on top of it all every step of the way and keep me informed and protected. Michelle is a top notch Realtor and ensures her clients needs and desires are her priority and will go that extra mile to meet their needs. You are in great hands working with Michelle!
I had never worked with Michelle Cuscaden before but I was recommended by a very close friend because of the great job she did for them. We met and had a discussion of what I was looking for and the price range I was hoping to pay. Michelle listened and ask great questions to be certain we had a clear understanding. It quickly became apparent that I did not have a good grasp of the market and she patiently and expertly guided me through the process until I found the perfect property. Then she guided me through the offer price and the negotiation process. She was correct at every step of the process. We were successful and we closed on the property this past Tuesday. Michelle is knowledgeable, very professional and an expert in the field of real estate. I am fortunate to have been able to worked with her. She made the process seamless and productive. I can't say enough positive things about Michelle. She is the consumate professional.
