I’m originally from Alaska, but grew up between Alaska, California and Oregon. A child of gypsies (just kidding), I learned to fear nothing and decided to join the US Navy at 17 years old to work in the classified sector. Serving was one of the best decisions I ever made and I salute those who’ve made the same sacrifice for their country. After serving honorably, I was offered a full academic ride to George Washington University in Washington DC where I finished my degree in International Affairs with a concentration in Conflict & Security, minoring in International Politics. With my degree in hand, I continued working with the Department of Defense in various capacities. As family life began to pick-up I decided to put my analysis and communication skills to work as a realtor. Granted, I’m not your average realtor, but I like that!
If you choose to work with me you’ll find that I stick to my roots and tend to be quite direct, organized and really do focus on exceeding your objectives. As your listing agent you’ll know you have a trained negotiator on your side, someone who you can rely on and trust to tell you the facts. Personally, I can’t stand to work with anyone who has that “used car salesman” attitude – so you won’t see that. I’m incredibly transparent and welcome any and all of your questions. I may not tell you exactly what you want to hear, but you’ll always know that I’m being honest and operating under the highest level of ethics and integrity.
As your buyer's agent my goal is to understand your ultimate desires in your future home. While you’re checking out the quartz countertops and custom man-cave in the basement, I’m looking for something that may prevent the home from being a solid investment. Aside from making sure that you love the home, I really want it to be as sound of an investment as real estate can be. My desire is for you to love your home as much on day 1000 as you did on day 1.
