Michelle personally represented us in buying a new construction home. I know Michelle runs a team and didn't know if we would talk to her that much. She answered our call or text immediately when we reached out and was always so kind and helpful. We have worked with a big team in the past and never had this kind of experience. When we had a problem with the builder she worked with us through the whole process and we had a great outcome. Michelle is hands down the best agent that we have ever worked with and made us feel like family. We will never use anyone else!
If only there were an option for ZERO stars. Our experience with Michelle could not have been worse. From start to finish all this woman cared about was the money in our pockets. From trying to make us get a high interest loan that was flat unnecessary to the complete lack of communication, this woman has is just shameful. Truly made an exciting experience an absolute nightmare. From talking to others that used her this is not an uncommon complaint. Be mindful and choose a better realtor!
