Michelle is awesome (5-Star Service) and was there for us from day one and still assisting us 30 days after we closed on our house. Her understanding of the local market during these turbulent times was critical for us. Her hustle and tenacity ensured we had the best deal possible. We also appreciated her engaging personality and attention to detail. During our final walk-through with the builder she pointed out things that needed to be fixed that my wife and I missed. It was obvious from day 1 that she was on our side and our priorities were her priorities. I like how she gave us time to make a decision, and never pressured us for a sale. That was a refreshing change from past experiences I had with realtors who disappeared after closing.
