Michelle Byrd did a fantastic job for my husband and I selling our home and helping us purchase a new home. Her understanding of the market with it's often changes and the area; while listening to our wants and needs was beyond expectations. Her professionalism, patience and dedication was superb. Michelle's communication was stellar and she went above and beyond keeping the seller and buyer agents abreast to everything and paying extreme attention to detail for anything that could slow the process.
