The reason I went with Michelle is because I asked my Realtor who sold my house in Wilmington, NC to recommend someone who was just as good as she was. Intercoastal Realty thru their alliance with CarolinaOne in Charleston, SC recommended Michelle. From the first meeting, she came prepared, to really listen to me, understand my needs/wants and also understand my lifestyle. After that, she warned me hold on to your hat because she is going to work me as hard as she works herself. And so she did, and with every showing I could see she was really understanding what I was looking for and began honing into a solution. All during every showing she honestly evaluated the pros and cons of each property and advised me accordingly. I felt very well advised. Even when the first offer was cancelled because of non performance of the seller to conduct roof repairs, she anticipated that potential reaction and came to our meeting with 6-8 listings in her back pocket. That resulted in finding the house I settled on in record time, having the offer in by 10pm that very evening. (must be some kind of realtor record...I'm sure).Anyway , she found me exactly what I was looking for in the area I was looking for...... I am extremely pleased. All I can say is, if anyone is looking for good natured, hardworking realtor in Charleston, who really knows the area and listens to your needs and wants results in in a timely fashion...... then look no further the Michelle Brooks
