We have our home for sale by owner, but Michelle contacted us to arrange a showing with her clients. Many times actually because we are terrible "agents", so it wasn't easy for her to get an appointment. She was finally able to show our home this morning. The #1 reason why our home is no longer listed with a realtor is the lack of follow up after showings. I assumed this professional showing would be no different than the others. If we wanted feedback, we would have to call for it. I was pleasantly surprised to find her business card on the counter with a note letting us know how it went with a THANK YOU. Added bonus: she let our 11yo canine baby out to go potty while she was here. I'm certainly impressed! Hopefully, we will be in the market for a new home soon. We will be calling Michelle.
