You are not going to find a harder working agent than Michelle. She is very knowledgeable in the real estate world. Botttom line: No matter if you are selling your house or buying one, she understands what is going to get the most amount of money for your house. She knows all the tricks and tips. All real estate agents make about the same amount of commission. She is doing this as a full time job. She’s there to make money. She’s there to do her job! The more she sells your house, the more commission she gets. I can’t believe how some of these real estate agents are lazy and don’t care. Some do it as a part time hobby and are unmotivated. Not Michelle! She’s on top of it every step of the way! She answers your phone calls or gets back to you right away. I’ve worked with others that take a while to get back to you. Selling your house is a stressful thing to do. You may have another property that you’re buying and you need questions answered. Michelle is on it!
