Michelle very diligently chose the right buyer for my sister's home..
Michelle negotiated the channels to settle the sale that was advantageous to both parties. She even attended meetings with the city regarding structural changes to happen which would impact the surroundings, in order to provide the new owner with important and necessary information.

Thank you so much, Ms. Beverly, for taking the time to share your experience! I'm thrilled to hear that you were pleased with how the process unfolded for your sister's home. Negotiating deals that benefit both parties is always a priority, and it was my pleasure to ensure that the new owner had all the crucial information regarding the upcoming structural changes. Supporting you and attending those city meetings was all part of making sure we found the right fit. I'm so glad we achieved this together! If you ever need assistance in the future, I’m here to help.
