Michelle was absolutely incredible to work with, I only wish we had used her sooner. We decided to put our home on the market last year but were "wowed" by another real estate company with billboards everywhere claiming "guaranteed offer in 72 hours". They showed us an impressive database of clients that were looking for homes like ours and boasted about their dozens of agents working on selling our home. 3 months after listing we still had not gotten an acceptable offer and we felt like we were on our own. The flashy promises didn't help us get our house sold and we ended up pulling our house off the market. A few months later we decided to try again and called Michelle. She was so kind and helpful. She walked us through our market analysis and we agreed on a price to list our house. The MLS listing went live on a Thursday and by Sunday we had a fully ratified contract at asking price. Her amazing dedication didn't stop there, she helped us get through the inspection process, helped us find contractors for some minor repairs and window replacements, even gave us a nice house warming gift for our new place.
