We decided to put our home on the market last year but were "wowed" by another real estate company with billboards everywhere claiming "guaranteed offer in 72 hours". They showed us an impressive database of clients that were looking for homes like ours and boasted about their dozens of agents working on selling our home. 3 months after listing we still had not gotten an acceptable offer and we felt like we were on our own. The flashy promises didn't help us get our house sold and we ended up pulling our house off the market. A few months later we decided to try again and called Michelle. She was so kind and helpful.
