Michelle is the best! She made my first time house buying experience pretty stress free and painless. Answered all my questions with straight forward answers, helped break down what some of the forms meant and made me feel confident throughout the whole crazy ride. I am forever appreciative.

I live in Los Angeles and needed a local realtor to help purchase a home in Atlanta. Fortunately, Zillow connected me to Michelle who is competent, kind, responsive, insightful, resourceful and most of all, trustworthy. I can go on with more qualities but those were most important to me. Mainly because, I was only able to tour the houses virtually and didn't actually see it in person until the day escrow closed! And I couldn't be happier with my new home. Michelle was honest and patient throughout the process and has excellent negotiation skills. I will continue to recommended her to all my family and friends.

I was connected with Michelle by chance in November 2020 when I was just starting to look for my first home. I did not know what I wanted or where I wanted to be, but luckily I had Michelle to tell me everything I needed to know about any home or any area that I thought I might be interested in. We probably went to look at 10 or so houses in 4 or 5 different neighborhoods over the next 4 months and finally we found the perfect place for me. Michelle made sure that I fully understood each and every aspect of the buying process from start to finish and was great about reminding me of different deadlines I had to meet. It was wonderful to have a realtor like Michelle who was extremely flexible and never more than a phone call away for buying my first place, and I will use her again and recommending her to my friends who will be buying their first homes in the coming years.

I had never sold a home before but have dealt with many different agents through home purchases. Needless to say, in my opinion, most agents are sales monkeys with pretty faces and not much else to offer - not the case with Michelle! I never once go the 'sales monkey' vibe from her. She was all straight forward and business minded from the very beginning. She gave me an honest evaluation of my house, kept me informed of all inquiries and potential issues. She always responded to my inquiries within 10 minutes - who does that?! She patiently held my hand (explaining the pros and cons of all contract negotiations) through the entire experience; even demanding to be at closing with me, during COVID! I wish I could find a Michelle 'attorney', 'contractor' and 'banker.' You can't go wrong with Michelle Bahl!
