Michelle did a fantastic job helping us sell 2 houses and got us into our current house. We were really worried about selling our house in Bountiful, due to the fact it was across from a car dealership, and the house sat between some condos and some apartments. However Michelle went to work and got us a great deal. We actually ended up with an offer much higher than our asking price. We also had a home in Roy Utah, that she sold for us. She had to make so many trips from South Salt Lake to Roy to take care of things for us. She really went out of her way to get the best deal for us and for the buyers. The buyers started out with a different agent. They did NOT like their agent at all. The other agent just wasnt helpful. When Michelle asked us if we minded if she represented the buyers as well, we had no problem with that, as she had already earned our trust. They also loved her personality, as we do too. So personable, friendly, and willing to do what ever was necessary to get the job done. Somehow we the sellers and the other party, the buyers, were thrilled with the job she did. She ended up with 4 very satisfied customers. We were thrilled with the offer, and the buyers were equally happy. She is extremely knowledgable in all phases of taking care of everything, from A to Z. She also helped us into the house we are in right now. I highly reccomend Michelle if you are looking for absolutley"The Best" agent. I will never higher anyone else. I have highly recommended Michelle to several people. You can't go wrong with Michelle.
