Throughout the entire process Michelle was available to answer all questions asked day and night. Before submitting an offer she allowed us to view the home several times to make sure we were comfortable with our choice. The paperwork process was also a piece of cake through Summit Funding. After closing Michelle continued to assist in getting the home ready and in tip top shape. We have only been in the home for one week and we are still working on getting things squared away. Michelle has been coordinating contractors for the home to make the repairs needed from the seller. It's been a great overall experience! Michelle was wonderful to work with and is a very knowledgeable and experienced realtor. She helped us get our house ready for showings and had a great photographer who showcased our small home. She respectfully advised us as to what and why we should or shouldn’t take a certain action during the process. The only thing we would like to have had more of would be more timely communication. Sometimes days would go by and we didn’t hear back from her when we left messages. When she did return our calls, however, she would spend time listening and talking to us about our concerns.
