I firmly believe everything in life happens for a reason. We may not understand it at that moment but it was meant to be. My wife and I had been searching for a home for a while but with the state of the market our “Agent” told us our wants were unrealistic and using a VA loan “would all but eliminate” us from being competitive with other buyers. So we quit and started looking for homes to rent that weren’t way over priced. At that moment a family friend called to check on how our search was going. After informing him we gave up he put me in contact with another agent named Terry Grable (Phenomenal Guy). Terry didn’t work the area we were looking in but gave us the number for Michelle & Vincent Moreno that would change our lives forever. From the moment we called Michelle she was readily available to talk and answer any questions I had. She asked “what where we looking for and when would we be available to move.” Not once did she shoot down our expectations or wants for our house nor did she tell us we couldn’t compete in this housing market. She provided us “solutions” as veterans to better prepare us when bidding on properties. It took Michelle less than 48 hours to find our dream home with “EVERYTHING” in it we were searching for, in the area we wanted, but most importantly in our budget!
