Michelle comes to KAIZEN Realty with 18 years of experience in the industry and a plethora of new and innovative ideas that are sure to enhance our already existing and wonderful working environment here at Kaizen.
Since graduating from Mississippi State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Social Studies Education, Michelle’s all-encompassing University studies laid the groundwork for a non-traditional approach to business, which actually began with years in Corporate America and Investment Banking. Wonder why Michelle is so focused on the client's needs and direction? It’s because Michelle's developed in Human Resources with a focus on Training and Development, Recruiting, and Small Business Consulting.
