michelle did an excellent job of guiding me through the process of selling the house - reading the market, prepping the house for sale and following through will all potential buyers and their inquiries. She listened to my concerns and came up with solutions and information that made my selling process easy. She also helped me with buying my next house - looking out for issues and ideas that may arise, pointing out issues that her experience could see. She was always a text and phone call away, - answering all my questions and concerns - with rapid response. She stayed with me until the end of the process with the closing - I would give her a 10 out 10 for service and if i or any of my friends ever moved again - she would be the person i would contact first

Our family was so grateful to have Michelle help sell our dad’s home. Our mom had just passed and Dad decided to sell his house and move out of town with one of his kids. Since we were not available locally, Michelle was instrumental in helping get the house ready to sell, including obtaining estimates and supervising painters, cleaners, carpeting, changing lighting, and yard care. She kept us up to date with regular text messaging so we felt comfortable with all the decisions. She was accurate in predicting the right selling price which helped sell his home in a timely manner. We especially appreciated how kind she was to our elderly father in respecting his opinions and supporting his choices all along the way. Overall, it was a very smooth process. Highly recommend Michelle!
