Michelle was amazing. She was full of advise and expertise and very knowledgeable to someone who never bought before. She is very patient and will answer all of your questions. I would use her again and will even utilize her leasing services if I need to in the future.

My husband and I were looking to move to Florida from Wisconsin. Michelle patiently worked with us for three years. We rented until we found the right condo. Michelle sent us emails about properties we might like on a regular basis. She is extremely knowledgeable about the area and gave us helpful recommendations on restaurants and shopping in the area. When we would make an offer she was great at researching comparable homes and would give us advise regarding a fair offer. She even recommended we lower on of our initial offers. She communicated with us very promptly and always answered our questions. Michelle was absolutely wonderful to work with and I highly recommend her. She is also a lot of fun and has a good sense of humor. I feel like she had to be patient enough to work with us.
