Michelle made buying our first home easy, fun & enjoyable! She even went outside her usual zone for us and gave us such helpful advice & protected us so we didn’t get taken advantage of by anyone since this was our first rodeo! We absolutely adore her & would recommend her to absolutely anyone!

I do not like real estate transactions and the fees charged. I have same feelings about real estate people as car dealers. The business model makes the buyer agent free, which explains further my feelings. The wife reluctantly interviewed several realtors and decided on one that caught her eye. Michelle Allen. I want to be clear. I had a very bad attitude from the start for reasons stated above. With that said, Michelle Allen was so competent and cared so much about us that it overwhelmed us. She was patient with me for 73 days (before the offer), which is a huge compliment. She was so responsive and available that she worked on days she had no business working in my opinion. Then pile on the knowledge of real estate, which puts her in a special category of realtors. She continued to exceed my expectations throughout the transaction and months afterwards. How many realtors show houses when in pain the day after surgery? How many realtors call from your new abandon house to tell you they decided to walk the property and noticed water needed added to the swimming pool? How many stand there for another hour filling it without your knowledge? How many visit potential houses for you and do so within a couple of hours or less? Michelle Allen knows what she is doing. She knows houses and neighborhoods, but more importantly understands the human element.
