Everybody dreads the thought of selling their house, especially after you've lived in it for 23 years. Ugh! Well, Michele made it a little easier than we thought it would be. She made some suggestions but didn't push us in either direction. Yes, we did make some minor modifications. When agents visited (or walked through house with cell phone, which really irritated me since you don't get the 'feel" of the house) they would always say, needs updating and priced too high. I said update? I need specifics. Never really got answer to that but in no time at all we had someone look at house and bought it, just the way it was for the right amount of $$$. Seems like what one person doesn't like the "right" person does. Yes, it just takes the "right person". Michele even took her time and showed up at my front door with bubble wrap in hand and said, "Ok, we're packing up your China cabinet" and we did. Sale and purchase went smoother than we thought it would (even though I never want to do it again). I would definitely recommend Michele to anyone looking to sell or purchase a house. I'd rate her a 10!!
