I told Michelle what the criteria that I was looking for and she suited my search to those specific needs. It took a bit but the one I found kind of fell out of nowhere and we didn't waste any time. We didn't waste time because we knee this property would not last. I was not able to make viewings on this property due to a crazy work schedule so Michelle took her own time and linked up with a virtual walk through and shortly after that, I submitted an offer.
