Michele helped the reviewer buy this property

We were referred to Michele by a friend who had worked with her to purchase a townhouse in Sarasota. Thanks to Michele, we are now also the proud owner of a Sarasota property. As we are a Canadian couple, a lot of our work with Michele was done by email and telephone before we arrived in person in Sarasota. I cannot say enough good things about Michele: She is responsive, responsible, personable, a good negotiator and always available. She went above and beyond to give us a guided tour of wonderful Sarasota before we left to go home. Problems were immediately addressed. Her referrals to a lawyer and property manager and tradesmen were excellent. Particularly helpful was her ability to navigate us through a real estate purchasing process that is somewhat different from the one we are familiar with in Canada. Our overall experience of purchasing a real estate property in a distant city which we did not know well was a positive one in large measure because of the work of Michele Tanner. I highly recommend her.
