Michelle Sweitzer went to great lengths to clarify the whole process for me. Without her I would not have been able to buy my first home and certainly at such an excellent price. Not only that she made me feel like I had a friend rooting for me through the whole process. Moving to new state where I didn't know anyone, Michele was invaluable.
Michele worked with me for 2 years through a very tough market to help me find the home of my dreams, purchase it, and then turn around on a dime and sell my condo and receive maximum value for it. We were working with tight financial budgets and time constraints and I pretty much had to arrange for the move and associated chores myself. Michele not only held several open houses for me but scheduled a whole house cleaning and stayed for the steam cleaning of the carpets while I left with the movers. She also loaded up her car with my boxes and breakables and helped me unload them at my new house. She also orchestrated the purchase of my new home and surmounted every hurdle that threw itself in front of us. She showed me how to get things running in the new home (many new devices I was unfamiliar with). Her kindness and generosity and thoughtfulness are truly amazing. I am so grateful and I wouldn’t be here without her help.
