My house hunting journey with Michele last about 2 years :) I am an overseas buyer, and it just made everything much harder, but Michele worked with me around my schedule, and explained every aspect of home buying as I am a first time home buyer. Many other agents who I have contacted didn't even bother to call back once they know I am overseas buyer. For the past 2 years, Michele has never turned me down considering many agents would have ignored me if no deal got closed within 6 months. I was like most other buyers who kept getting offers rejected. I have visited Frisco for couple trips throughout the last 2 years. She never rushed me to buy any home that was just available. Instead, she kept showing me more homes around town so I could find the most suitable home. This was not just it....After I bought my home, she has been so kind and kept helping me on many other things in regard to relocation and look after my home while I was still away before moving in. She did so many things for me that was not even part of her obligation as an agent. I could only say that I was very lucky getting someone like Michele who is so professional as my agent, while also taking care of her client personally as a friend.

I have been working with Michele for 3 or 4 years now. I strongly recommend her for anyone who is looking for a home or rental properties in North Dallas area (she has lots experience for the properties in Dallas area too, I just have not had a chance to work with her for houses in those areas). Michele was wonderful and we are not even done with her yet. From showing us homes on Day 1, then talking to her about what we wanted afterwards. Michele showed us just a couple other homes that we never thought we would love... because of distance. Turned out we loved and are closing in a month! WE are so very happy. Michele has had to work really hard for and with us in just a short amount of time. The way she has represented us thus far has been very professional. Michele will listen to you and show you homes that your wanting and I recommend her 110%.

Michele had recently helped my parents and I purchase a house. She was extremely helpful throughout the whole process, helping us narrow down our search and to figure out exactly what we wanted in a new home. There were a couple of bumps when dealing with the seller, but she made the whole process as headache-free as possible. I can't recommend her enough and believe she will make any future buyers or sellers happy.
