Michele was a trooper on this project. Although the home was spectacular, we experienced a number of setbacks and delays ( acts of god) in the availability of the home resulting in Michele spending far more time than I am sure she ever expected. At the end of the day, I believe a very deserving couple ended up with the home, a very good buy for them and an almost flawless closing for us. PHM
