I cannot say enough great things about Michele as a broker and as a person. I was so nervous to list my house in the midst of a COVID-19 pandemic, but she was so calm and knowledgeable. She nailed the listing price and got me an offer within two weeks. She handled everything during the inspection and escrow period with complete efficiency and competency. I barely had to do anything other than show up to sign the papers. She obviously loves what she does, she is 1000% honest and transparent, cares about both the buyers and sellers in the deal, and truly earns every penny of her commission.
