I felt like Michele was a best friend. She was constantly in touch with the buyer's realtor. I didn't quite understand when the buyers were given permission to go to the house before closing date because "The Tuttles won't be there anyway." I furnished all the pictures for the listing. The house was very special to us and I showed it to its best quality. This sale was quite hard on us,,,,,,,,,,having never gone through a real estate sale in our life time. I hope the new buyers enjoy it for a long time.
