Michele was efficient, courteous, knowledgeable and obliging.
One of the first things Michele told me was that she had been in real estate for many years and to trust her judgement. Well, she was right. She knew all the ends and outs of every aspect that was involved in this whole process. She remained calm and collected while still maintaining a sense of urgency, which is hard to find in the work place today. I fully believe she had both the buyer and seller's best interest in mind and it turned out to be a win win for all parties. Nice job, well done, she is the best!!!!
