Michele Palmer was recommended to me so I gave her a call. Best decision I could have made. Michele quickly figured out what I was looking for and she showed me homes that fit my criteria. Most of the homes she showed me would have been great, but one of them was the perfect house. Now the hard part... making the offer, negotiations, finally an offer accepted, and then the paperwork. All of it was handled with top notch professionalism by Michele, and best of all, with humor and friendliness. Even though I am in my new home and the sale is finalized, Michele is still helping me get connected with services in the area and the best contractors for whatever I need in the future. My experience during what can be a very stressful time for most folks was extremely good. I not only got a home that I love, but I made a very good friend in my new community.

I met Michelle Palmer when I casually visited a home in Kent county I was interested in looking at. Michelle immediately struck me as very friendly, and great with kids. The house turned out to be less than I had hoped and Michelle, after some discussion about my interests and needs, quickly steered to me to exactly what I was looking for. She was patient while I took time to decide whether to buy property, and steered me from more expensive property which she knew I would not enjoy as much. I always felt that Michelle was serving my interests, and not merely her own. Once I decided to buy a home, she gave me excellent negotiating advice which resulted in my making a shrewd offer that the seller accepted. Michelle was much more than just a realtor, however. She also was an interior designer and she helped me plan for updates and improvements to the property, and went well beyond what any other realtor had ever done for me by agreeing to give access to contractors and supervise their work while I was out of time. This type of full service meant everything to me because without it I don't know that I would have been able to buy the property. I would not hesitate to use Michelle again in buying or selling real estate and I recommend her without any reservation whatsoever. The best.

I loved working with Michele. I was looking for a property with a large lawn and room for a garden. I didn't mind that the house needs lots of work. Michele took the time to make suggestions on how I might proceed with the renovations. Her recommendations for inspectors and contractors were spot on. Thanks to Michele the closing process went smoothly. She quickly resolved, to everyone's satisfaction, a minor glitch with the previous owner's inability to vacate the property on closing day.
